Tuile cookies - I made the butterfly and borrowed the cup from another girl in class for the picture. These cookies are AMAZING!
Tuile Cookies... these were practice cookies. Next time I make them they will each have a scoop of sorbet in the large round part. Lemon Sorbet, Raspberry Sorbet and Kiwi Sorbet.
